Highly-motivated students who have achieved
an excellent undergraduate record. |

Students with superior personality and qualities
who can be expected to make contribution in the future. |

Students who are adjudged to require financial assistance
to contiue their studies as research students. |
| 5. Screening Method |

(1) Preliminary screening by the universities specified by this Foundation
(2) Interview by Directors of this Foundation.
(3) Final screening by the Screening Committee of this Foundation. |
