Yanmar Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, has been merged into the parent company, Yanmar Co., Ltd.
1.Purpose of merger
A constant theme in the annual business management policy of recent years, there is an effort to leverage total Yanmar group resources to reinvigorate the agricultural equipment business. Business restructuring such as the integration of Japanese domestic agricultural machinery sales companies, indirect departments and the like have been applied.
In continuation of these efforts, Yanmar Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. will be absorbed into Yanmar Co., Ltd. in order to create a more efficient system structure that will allow improved business profitability and enhanced brand recognition in the worldwide markets of agricultural machinery.
